Details
The Rösle silicone dough scraper is one of those kitchen utensils that truly should not be missing in any kitchen. The black silicone front part of the dough scraper is adapted for two functions:
- - the rounded and softer side perfectly adapts to bowl, pot, and pan curves. The contents can be thoroughly mixed.
- - the straight and harder side also serves for clean smoothing.
Thanks to the stable stainless steel wires that protrude into the silicone by more than half, the dough scraper can also be used for mixing and lifting food. The durable silicone is temperature-resistant from -70 °C to +220 °C. Additionally, it is insensitive to fat, oil, and acids.
The black silicone front part is 9x5 cm in size, the dough scraper has a total length of 20 cm and is dishwasher safe.
