The Rösle straight palette knife with round handle has a 25 cm long and 3.5 cm wide blade. Its slightly flexible texture makes it ideal for smoothing out doughs, creams, and glazes. It can also be used for lifting smaller pastries.
The straight Rösle palette knife with round handle and practical hanging loop has a total length of 39 cm, is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, and is dishwasher safe.
