Details

The Rösle baking and working mat with fabric-reinforced silicone is a perfect surface for baking and preparing food.

On the 68 x 53 cm large work surface, you can knead and roll out dough. Thanks to the anti-slip function, the mat stays securely in place on most work surfaces. The round markings from 10 to 40 cm in diameter help you determine the size of, for example, cake bases, tarts, and pizzas. Conveniently, you can also bake directly on the flexible mat, as it is heat-resistant up to 240°C. The smooth surface is easy to clean and is even dishwasher safe.
