The Nordklinge Vankka Pieni is a chef's knife with an 18 cm long blade made of Uddeholm STR carbon steel (hardness level 58 HRC). This version has a slightly more rounded original edge. The handle is made of Karelian masur birch and is 13.7 cm long. Nordklinge knives are not rustproof.
