Details
The Soul Slicer with its 16 cm long blade made of a special steel is a filleting knife. The steel alloy of the blade contains the rare element niobium. This high niobium content achieves the finest possible steel structure despite rust inertia and results in extremely high strength, durability and edge retention. The hardness of approximately 60 HRC, the flat grind and the narrow, slightly flexible blade make the Slicer the perfect tool for filleting, trimming, slicing and cutting wafer-thin slices (slices).
The solid and seamless handle in this variant is made of the high-tech plastic Micarta in black. This plastic is shock-resistant hard and shatterproof, as well as extremely resistant to moisture, acids and alkalis. Therefore, Micarta is often chosen by professional chefs as handle material. The transition between blade and handle is adorned by a ferrule made of matt brushed stainless steel.
The Soul Slicer comes in a high-quality matte black box with the Nesmuk certificate of authenticity.
