Details
The Soul office knife with a 9 cm long blade made from a special steel is a small all-purpose knife. The steel alloy of the blade includes the rare element niobium. This high niobium content achieves the finest possible steel structure despite rust resistance, resulting in extremely high strength, durability, and edge retention. With a hardness of approximately 60 HRC, the flat grind, and the thin tip, the office knife allows for extremely precise cuts. It is an excellent tool for all preparation, cooking, and decorating tasks.
The massive and seamless handle in this variant is made from olive wood. Originating from Southern Europe, the wood features a particularly spectacular grain: light brown to golden yellow, wildly figured with dark stripes. To maintain the pleasantly soft feel of the wood, the handles are deliberately not polished. The transition between the blade and handle is adorned with a ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel.
The Soul office knife is delivered in a high-quality matte black box with the Nesmuk authenticity certificate.
