The blade is made of high-quality Swedish knife steel and is refined with a DLC coating (Diamond-Like-Carbon). This coating provides exceptional hardness and scratch resistance, which increases the knife's durability. Additionally, the blade is resistant to acids and extreme temperatures, making it particularly easy to care for.
A special feature of this bread knife is the edge with two different serrations. This innovative design allows you to cut soft bread without much pressure and crumb formation, as well as effortlessly glide through hard crusts. The serrated edge is also designed to protect your cutting surfaces and cause less scratching.
The handle made of red Micarta feels comfortable in the hand and offers optimal balance when cutting. Micarta is a composite material known for its robustness and durability. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel completes the elegant design.
