A highly advanced black sheep! The Black Sheep series from the American manufacturer Microplane is not black for the sake of beauty, but due to an improved function. The PVD coating reduces friction and ensures easier sliding when grating. So, it's beautiful & functional.
The grating surfaces with photochemically etched blades and one-sided sharpened cutting edges are encased in a thick & robust stainless steel frame. The handle shell is also made of stainless steel.
