Details
The extra wide KAI Select 100 T-peeler with interchangeable blade attachment is made of rust-free stainless steel. The set includes a smooth blade and a fine julienne blade. The 9 cm wide blades are tilted at a 10° angle, making cutting easier. The robust blades remain extremely sharp even after prolonged use thanks to the special steel used. Changing the blades is quick and easy. Both blades come with blade guards for safe storage. At the end of the wide handle is a hanging loop for storage on a wall rack, for example. Blade 9.0 cm, handle 10.0x2.2 cm L/W, with interchangeable blade attachment (julienne).
