Details
The KAI Select 100 Ginger Grater includes two grating inserts. The coarser grater can be used, for example, to grate the finest ginger strips. The very fine grater is suitable, for example, for wasabi. The grating surfaces, embedded in a body made of high-quality plastic, have super sharp blades made of a special, rust-free stainless steel. The lid also serves as a collecting container and ensures a secure stand with a non-slip silicone ring.
