The KAI Select 100 kitchen scissors are a disassemblable all-purpose scissors and perfect for countless tasks.
The scissor blades made of 0.3 cm thick stainless steel have a length of 9.3 cm. The narrow front blade is responsible for precise cuts, while the wider blade is made for cutting even tougher foods. A micro-serration applied to the blade holds the food firmly and supports a clean cut. The wide elastomer handles can be comfortably and securely gripped. For easy cleaning, the kitchen scissors can be quickly and easily disassembled and reassembled.
