KAI chopping block 39x26.2 cm - oak end grain

The KAI chopping block is made entirely from oak end grain wood. With end grain, you cut into the fiber rather than across it, as with long grain wood. This allows the board to regenerate from cuts with proper care and without excessive force. Therefore, chopping blocks are always more resistant to cuts than regular cutting boards and are also suitable for chopping. Naturally, the board is also more than excellent for regular cutting, especially with very sharp knives.

The KAI chopping block is made from the wood of Central European oak. The cutting surface measures 39 x 26.2 cm, and the board is 5 cm thick. In case of deep cuts, the board can be taken to a carpenter for sanding. Four non-slip rubber feet ensure a secure stand and safe working.
