Jack & Lucy Pure cutting board in size 75 x 20 cm with handle. The handle is 15 x 4 cm in size, the working surface measures 57 x 20 cm. The entire board is 2 cm thick, made from a single piece of oak wood without joints and can be used on both sides.
The special feature of Jack & Lucy cutting boards is that they are made from a single piece of domestic oak wood. This requires a significantly higher quality of wood than cutting boards made from strips. Oak wood also has a high tannic acid content, which inhibits the formation of bacteria. Of course, thorough cleaning is always required.
Each cutting board is pre-treated and oiled with a food-safe organic hard oil. This procedure protects the surface of the cutting board, maintains its elasticity and prevents drying out. To maintain this, you should regularly treat the cutting board with a food oil or a food-safe wood care product.
