Jack & Lucy Pure cutting board in size 58 x 20 with handle. The handle is 15 x 4 cm, the working surface is 43 x 20 cm. The entire board is 2 cm thick, made from one piece of oak wood without joints and can be used on both sides.
The special feature of Jack & Lucy cutting boards is that they are made from one piece of domestic oak wood. This requires a significantly higher quality of wood than cutting boards made from strips. Oak wood also has a high tannic acid content, which inhibits the formation of bacteria. Thorough cleaning is always required.
Each cutting board is pre-treated and oiled with a food-safe organic hard oil. This procedure protects the surface of the cutting board, maintains elasticity, and prevents drying out. To maintain this, you should regularly treat the cutting board with a food oil or a food-safe wood care product.
