Jack & Lucy Pure cutting board in size 28 x 20 cm. It is 2 cm thick and made from one piece of oak wood without joints. The cutting board is reversible with side handle grooves that make flipping and transportation easier.
The special feature of Jack & Lucy cutting boards is that they are made from one piece of domestic oak wood. This requires a significantly higher quality of wood than cutting boards made from strips. Oak wood also has a high tannic acid content, which inhibits the formation of bacteria. Thorough cleaning is always required.
Each cutting board is pre-treated and oiled with a food-safe organic hard oil. This procedure protects the surface of the cutting board, maintains elasticity, and prevents drying out. To maintain this, you should regularly treat the cutting board with a food-grade oil or a food-safe wood care product.
