Details
Round cocotte made of cast iron with a diameter of 26 cm, a capacity of 5.0 liters, and a surface area of 26 cm. This model is triple-enamelled on the outside in a high-gloss ruby red color. The inside of the cocotte is simply enamelled and black.
Each cocotte comes with a cast iron lid in the same color combination. The inside of the lid has pins that help to better redirect condensation onto the food being cooked. This effect can be enhanced by placing ice cubes or water on the lid with the raised edge. The stainless steel knob is screwed onto the lid.
