Details
Round cocotte made of cast iron with a diameter of 26 cm, a capacity of 5.0 liters and a base of 21 cm. This model is triple-enamelled on the outside in a glossy licorice blue color. The inside of the cocotte is simply enamelled and black.
Each cocotte comes with a cast iron lid in the same color combination. The inside of the lid has pins that help to better return condensation to the food. This effect can be enhanced by placing ice cubes or water on the lid with a raised edge. The stainless steel knob is screwed onto the lid.
