The Mini Blinis Pan has a diameter of 12 cm at the top edge, a contact surface of 9.5 cm and a height of 2 cm. In it, you can fry a perfectly shaped blinis, pancake or a fried egg.
The pan is made of forged iron with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, heats up quickly and reaches high temperatures. Suitable for all types of stoves including induction. For dishes that should be fried crispy and crunchy, iron pans are the perfect choice. After seasoning, a dark patina forms on the surface, which intensifies with each use and functions like a natural non-stick coating. The more often you use the pan, the better the result.
Sicher festhalten kannst du die Pfanne mit dem vernieteten Stielgriff aus Bandstahl. Der Griff erhitzt sich nur in Korpusnähe, am Stielende jedoch nur leicht, so dass du die Pfanne am Griffstück jederzeit anfassen kannst.
Wichtig für den Umgang mit der Pfanne sind moderate Einstellungen, da sich die Pfannen schnell aufheizen. Erhitze die Pfanne niemals leer und (falls du ein Induktionsfeld hast) benutze nicht die Booster- oder Turbofunktion. Die Pfanne könnte sich am Boden auswölben und sich verziehen. Außerdem solltest du immer eine Kochplatte verwenden, die dem Bodendurchmesser angepasst ist. Bei zu kleinen Kochfeldern erhitzt sich die Pfanne ungleichmäßig und die kann sich ebenfalls verziehen.
Reinigen solltest du die Pfanne nur mit heißem Wasser und einem Küchentuch. Und falls du der Pfanne mit Spülmittel zu Leibe rücken möchtest, empfehlen wir Dir die Pfanne danach mit etwas Öl einzureiben. Bitte weiche die Pfanne aber nie lange in Wasser ein und stelle sie auf gar keinen Fall in die Spülmaschine.
