Details
The biscuit saw from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features a 25 cm long and 3.5 cm wide lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. One side has a fine serrated edge. The stainless steel is slightly flexible. You can also use the biscuit saw as a spreading palette. Additionally, you can use the saw to finely and smoothly cut cakes, pastries, and layers.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of polyamide reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, which is further supported by additional indentations for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the palette on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
