Details
The biscuit saw from the de Buyer FKOfficium series has a 25 cm long and 3.5 cm wide lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. One side has a fine sawtooth grinding. The rust-free stainless steel is slightly flexible. You can also use the biscuit saw as a spreading palette. With the saw, you can also finely and smoothly divide cakes, pies, and bases.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles provides a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional notches for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the palette within reach on a wall rail, for example.
