Details
The angled spreading & confectionery palette from the de Buyer FKOFFICUIM series features a 30 cm long and 3.5 cm wide spreading surface made of polished stainless steel. The stainless steel is slightly flexible and rounded towards the tip. You use angled spreading palettes for smoothing and spreading, for example, cakes at the base or for working from above.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional indentations for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the palette on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
