Details
The straight spreading and pastry palette from the de Buyer FKOFFICUIM series has a 20 cm long and 3.5 cm wide spreading surface made of polished stainless steel. The stainless steel is slightly flexible and rounded towards the tip. You use straight spreading palettes for spreading and smoothing cakes, for example.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles provides a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional notches for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the palette within easy reach on a wall rail, for example.
