Details
The angled spatula from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features a 5 cm wide and 12 cm long slotted lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. The stainless steel is slightly flexible, making it easier to lift and turn. The slots allow you to drain excess liquid, such as oil.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, further supported by additional indentations for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the spatula on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
