The angled Mini Spatula & Confectionery Palette from the de Buyer FKOfficium series has a 8 cm long spreading surface made of polished stainless steel that narrows towards the tip. The rust-free stainless steel is slightly flexible. The angle allows you to work better on a flat surface. You need confectionery palettes for precise smoothing and spreading.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles provides a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional notches for the thumb and fingers. The hanging loop at the end of the handle allows you to hang the palette within easy reach, for example on a wall rail.
