Details
The angled mini spreading & confectionery palette from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features an 8 cm long spreading surface made of polished stainless steel, which tapers towards the tip. The stainless steel is slightly flexible. The angle allows you to work better on flat surfaces. You need confectionery palettes for precise smoothing and spreading.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional indentations for thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the palette on a wall rail, for example, to keep it within easy reach.
