Details
The triangular spatula from the de Buyer FKOfficium series features an 8 cm wide and 12.5 cm long lifting surface made of polished stainless steel. The rust-free stainless steel is slightly flexible and slightly sharpened at the tip. Spatulas are versatile tools that you can use for lifting, spreading, and scraping. Due to the sharpened blade, the spatula is not suitable for non-stick coated pans.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles ensures a secure grip, further supported by additional indentations for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can conveniently hang the spatula on a wall rail, keeping it within easy reach.
