Details
The triangular spatula from the de Buyer FKOfficium series has a lifting surface made of polished stainless steel that is 8 cm wide and 12.5 cm long. The rust-free stainless steel is slightly flexible and lightly sharpened at the tip. Spatulas are small universal geniuses that you can use for lifting, spreading, and scraping. Due to the sharpened blade, the spatula is not suitable for non-stick coated pans.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of polyamide is reinforced with fiberglass. The carbon fiber texture of the handles provides a secure grip, which is further supported by the additional notches for the thumb and fingers. With the hanging loop at the end of the handle, you can hang the palette within easy reach on a wall rail, for example.
