The de Buyer Fibre Karbon 2 FK2 paring knife / multi-purpose knife is suitable for cutting out growths or sprouts, as well as for cutting and peeling fruits and vegetables. It can also be used for creating decorations.
The Fibre Karbon 2 series is the affordable entry into the de Buyer knife world for passionate amateur chefs.
The 9 cm long blade is made of German stainless X50CrMoV15 steel. The total length is 21.7 cm. The special feature of the de Buyer Fibre Karbon 2 FK2 paring / multi-purpose knife is the lightweight yet sturdy handle made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
With the innovative Rebalance System at the end of the paring knife's handle, you can adjust the ideal counterweight for you. This way, the de Buyer paring knife is perfectly balanced in your hand with every cut.
