The de Buyer Concept Core Universal Hand Corer / Multipurpose Corer with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 19.6 cm cores, stems, hollows out, and cuts vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, apples, pears, potatoes, strawberries, carrots, beets, cucumbers, onions, and chicory cleanly and quickly.
The 90 mm blade of the de Buyer Concept Core Universal Hand Corer is robust, extremely sharp, and made of rust-free stainless steel. The ergonomic "Soft Touch" handle is antibacterial and slip-resistant. The corer is dishwasher safe.
