Details
Small straight roasting pan with lower height, almost like a sauteuse with handle grips. It has a capacity of 1.7 liters, a diameter of 20 cm at the top edge, and a base of 17 cm with a height of 6.3 cm. The lower height prevents condensation from evaporating and quickly returns it to the food.
The cookware from the Affinity series is made of 2 different materials with 5 layers. In essence, two layers of stainless steel (interior matte, exterior highly polished) enclose a continuous core of aluminum. This core, which extends to the top edge, ensures rapid heating on all types of stovetops. The even heat distribution ensures that the food is heated equally from the sides and the bottom. Changes in temperature settings are directly transmitted to the interior. Perfect cooking every time. This is particularly noticeable when using induction stovetops.
In addition, the roasting pan has a pouring rim for drip-free pouring and two generously sized, riveted handle grips made of cast stainless steel. The handles only slightly warm up, as there is a safety distance to the body. The proven stainless steel lid with a centrally located bulge is also included.
