This 2-piece pan set from de Buyer consists of:
- Choc Intense pan 28 cm made of aluminum with non-stick coating
- Mineral B pan 28 cm made of iron, already seasoned
The de Buyer Choc Intense pan has a diameter of 28 cm at the top and a base of 20 cm with a height of 4.6 cm. The body is made of aluminum, which allows the pan to heat up quickly and evenly. You can find detailed information about this collection on our Choc series page.
The second pan in this offer is a de Buyer Mineral B iron pan with a diameter of 28 cm, already seasoned by us. The base measures 20 cm in diameter and the height is 4 cm.
