  • Flat crepes pan with a diameter of 26 cm at the top and a cooking surface of 18 cm with a height of 2.5 cm. The Lyonnais shape with sloping sides makes it easy to flip and remove pancakes and crepes.
  • The wall thickness ensures very high stability and deformation resistance. With aluminum as a heat conductor, the pans heat up very quickly and evenly.
  • To extend the lifespan, as with all non-stick coatings, you should avoid using metallic or sharp-edged utensils and not heat the pans empty or overheated.
  • You should clean the pans by hand for best results. This is faster and extends the lifespan of the non-stick coating many times over.
  • It can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction.

Crepes pans made of iron with beeswax coating

  • The large crepes pan has a diameter of 30 cm at the top, a cooking surface of 26 cm, and a height of 1.5 cm. The low height makes it easy to fold and flip crepes and pancakes.

  • Clean the pan only with warm water and do not use dish soap. Of course, it doesn't sound particularly hygienic. However, bacteria and viruses die at around 70° Celsius and can therefore not cause any harm.
