Details

Pro Chef is the standard series from Boos Blocks in the USA and is made from North American maple wood. Maple wood is resilient, durable, hygienic, knife-friendly and, with proper care, prevents bacterial growth.

All Boos Blocks are reversible. Both sides of the cutting boards in this series are smooth without a juice groove. Side handle recesses help you to turn and move the boards.

There are three different sizes to choose from in board thicknesses of 4 cm or 6 cm. The thickness of the board does not determine whether the board can warp or not. However, thicker cutting boards can be reworked more often and therefore last longer.
