Rectangular-oval cutting board from the Pro Chef Carver series by Boos Blocks,
- made from North American maple wood (long wood),
- very good hard to soft wood mix ratio + high tannic acid content,
- usable on both sides,
- one side smooth without juice groove, with indentation to push cuttings or leftovers into the stainless steel bowl,
- other side with all-round & sloping juice groove,
meat juice flows into the stainless steel bowl,
+ knob surface, which serves as a hold for the cutting material (e.g. roast beef),
- rounded edges & side grip hollows,
facilitate turning & moving the cutting board,
- factory impregnated with the Boos Blocks beeswax finish
