Double-sided usable chopping block from the Walnut Collection in the size 38 x 38 cm with a material thickness of 7.5 cm. Both sides of the board are completely smooth and usable in full size. Two side grip recesses make it easier to turn and move the board. The surface is refined with the Boos Blocks Cream Finish with beeswax. End-grain boards are more resistant to cuts because you cut into the grain rather than against it. The boards regenerate more easily and are therefore also intended for chopping, for example, bones.
